CBE meets Montessori
We blend Kenya's Competency-Based Education (CBE) curriculum with the warmth of Montessori-stimulated play. Children learn by doing — exploring real materials, asking real questions, and growing real confidence.

I am proud to be an alumnus of Leys Education Centre, the school that laid the foundation for everything I have achieved today. It was here that I completed my primary education, excelled in my national examinations, earned admission to a national school, and eventually began my journey into the medical profession.
Leys Education Centre may have started as a small school, but its impact on the lives of its learners is immeasurable. I was honoured to be among the pioneer class alongside Nelvin and James. Through the unwavering dedication, love, and personal attention we received, we all excelled academically and grew into confident individuals.
I am deeply grateful to our director, Madam Angela, Teacher Festus, Teacher Marion, Teacher Grace, and our beloved cook, Eva — whom I fondly nicknamed Mum Mdogo. Each of them played a unique role in shaping our character, nurturing our dreams, and believing in our potential. They did much more than teach us; they inspired us to become the best versions of ourselves.
Today, as I continue on my medical career path, I carry with me the values, discipline, and determination that Leys Education Centre instilled in me. The school's motto, "Your Education is your life, guard it well," and its slogan, "Touching Lives Forever," are not just words — they are a reality that I have personally experienced.
Thank you, Leys Education Centre, for touching my life forever. I will always be proud to call this remarkable institution my first home of learning.
